Hiya can I have a private post please.
Evening ladies, anyone suffered with an umbilical hernia after having there baby. I’ve had mine nearly 3 years now and had no pain up until now. I will only get pain if I’ve been on a night dancing even after having sex with my husband. I’ve been to the doctors and there pushing for the operation so hopefully a few weeks to go and then this can be sorted. Usually when I get pain it goes after the 3rd day but this time it’s taking longer. I’ve been told to relieve pain to lay down straight to relieve pressure but I was wondering if there are any other tips on keeping it under control whilst I’m waiting for my op (My hernia cannot be pushed back in) thankyou 😊 x
