I would really appreciate some mums & dads advice I have 4 children 3 girls and a boy I’m having a hard time with the second oldest who’s 15 years old will be 16 in may
She has suffered with depression as a teenager and didn’t go to school for a whole year I took her to the doctors and Saw the young mental health team and they said she was low in confidence low self esteem
I took her to a healthy club twice weekly she started getting healthy and working out and she lost a good couple of stone in weight she went back to school full attendance 100% working hard she got awarded 9 awards at the school presentation ceremony she totally blew us all away we are so proud of what she’s achieved and over come the obstacles that was in her way with just motivation and shear determination…. she’s amazing girl with a good heart up until 2 months ago she’s just totally changed and isn’t the same girl and I don’t know what to do to help her but here’s the how it started….
I dropped her into town as I have been the past few weeks before to meet her friends and go to the cinema with her friends so all was good till my oldest daughter asked me if my 15 year old had been drinking as she saw a pic off her Snapchat saying she was in somebody’s house I’m like no she’s in town so I looks at the snap to find out she is in somebody’s house… so I get a phone call from my daughter 15yr old to pick her up I’m like yeah where are you and she’s like just outside town pick me up at Asda and I’m like there’s a few so when she said the area she was in I knew it was the area of a boy she fancied so I gets her thinking she’s going to be drunk but she isn’t and she’s fine so we gets home and I say why did you go to somebody’s house when your meant to be at the cinema with your friends so I grounded her for that
Then a week passes and I get a phone call from the school to say that she needs to talk to me but I’ve not to worry my daughter is fine and she told the teacher something as she couldn’t tell me
So I’m panicking wondering what it could be and I go to the school and my daughters there and she says I’m sorry mum and I’m like what can’t you tell me as I thought she could tell me anything she goes back to her class I get took to see the teacher she tells me without my daughter there that the night my daughter told me she was in the town but later found out that she went to a friends house that she slept with a boy who’s 17 years old and the rumours are going about the school and my daughter was scared in case her younger sister got told as they go to the same school and my younger girl would tell me
I was shocked and burst out crying couldn’t understand as I have been telling her for months before about how boys will say anything to get what they want and tbh I just didn’t think she could do. Something like that, everything I’ve been telling her has went in one ear and out the other
So the teacher gets my daughter to come and she has to fill out a child protection form to send to the police and social workers I had only just had ss gone 9 months before as I had them with the same daughter as she didn’t go to school!
But the police came out as my daughter told the teacher she didn’t go to the house planning this she met this boy in town he asked her to go to his friends house they got the bus to the friends house and there was other ppl there and them two went into a bedroom and he asked her for sex but she said no she didn’t want to and he went to get her a drink of water and well he was out she messaged her friends if she should have sex and they told her not to to get out of the house but my daughter said the door was locked as he locked it on the way in and she didn’t know what he would do I found out she’s only known this boy 3 days and this was the first time she had met him, but she didn’t leave she ended up having sex with this boy he walked her to the Asda where I picked her up from and she was herself
So the police comes out she’s told them what she’s told the teacher and the police take away her phone underwear from that night as she had hid them a month later she has to go in to the police child protection and do an interview with the with video recording it and before she went in there they said if you don’t want to tell your mum anything we don’t have to tell your mum what you say you won’t get into trouble whatever you say but she doesn’t want me to know as she’s embarrassed she said
The police still have her phone 5 weeks on and will call her and let her know when she will get it back now when they first took it she was crying that she will lose her streaks so she has my phone now as I have to go up at lunch time as now she’s lost all her friends for making a big mistake they don’t want yo get the boy in trouble as he’s 17 and she’s 15 my daughter also doesn’t want to get this boy into trouble she has told the police that she told the boy she was 16 years old
I just don’t know what’s going to happen
On Christmas Day we had dinner and after dinner she asked to go stay with her friend
I said no it’s family time it’s Christmas night anyway she kicked off saying how boring it was etc in the end I said you clearly don’t want to spend Christmas with us as she was saying she was going to walk to her friends house stormed out the door so I ended up taking her & she was happy ended up drinking with her friend in her friends house

Me and my kids dad have split up years ago I’m with my partner the kids dad travelled from Scotland to England on Boxing Day he takes them for a few days well my daughter didn’t come home she’s always the first to hug him she was in town with this friend plus she put up she needed a boyfriend and she got one through this snap chat thing so she said life’s good now
Anyway her dad waited all day and we had booked a meal for us all to go to she went to her friends I picked her up there we went to the meal and she just sat there on her phone the whole time and didn’t talk to us
She’s just changed she’s now drinking wanting to stay out with friends taking revealing picture and sending them to boys which as gave her loads more confidence and now thinks she’s getting boys attention is better than her family’s
I don’t know what to I’m at the end of my tether with her I’m worried I’m heartbroken & scared my other kids are seeing this and not liking there sister I’m just trying help her but she’s not letting me in and she’s not listening to anything I say

Sorry for the long story I just really need advice as my girl is a good girl but just now she’s going down a bad path she’s not street wide like the other kids she’s hanging around with and is totally out of character for her
