i have a mother who emotionly and physicaly abused me and i have cut her out my life and she still denys it.. inside i have burried the upset which turned to anger now. i have hadcounciling but they realise i need long term… shes never there never has been i also have a dad whos never bothered. noone in my family does. i have my own kids one is disabled. i had a anonymous call tonight it was her. she was nasty i vented at her even though it didnt even touch the sides. she said the reason my childs disabled (it is a genetic reason we was tested so what she said is horse s**t but it bloody hurt) is that i poisoned my child cus i had the once ocaasional fag (i meen like one every 3-4weeks) i no i shouldnt off i no but yea so i apparently poisoned my kids and am a vile cow . i suffer depression and anxiety and this has reali reali got me upset and feel guilty. even though its a genetic reason. what mother says that after everything shes done to me 😭😭😭😭
