Hiya, can I please have a private post?

I’m wondering what everyone’s thoughts are on having a drink in the house when children are in their bed?

I very occasionally leave my husband in the house at night to watch our two children aged 3 & 1 and when I return he’s had what I would call a fair amount to drink (to have when watching kiddies)

This happened last night and when I came home he had drank 8 beers. There has been other occasions when it’s been a lot more – and that he’s been in the kitchen with doors shut listening to music. Sometimes with head phones on.

He said I’m a hypocrite because there are times I’ll have 2-3 bottles of beer when The kids are in their bed.

His thoughts are it’s up to him if he wants to have a drink when the kids are in their bed and I’m giving him a hard time for nothing.
