Hiya could I have a private post please? I’m currently 14 +6 and have had bad pains in my lower back since yesterday. 😞 but today iv got server like period pains on my left side, iv taken paracetamol but not helped the pain. ( not bleeding etc) and advice? Xx

It could be a uti infection I always had them and that’s how they started get checked out xx
If it’s your first baby it may well be growing pains if your worried call your midwife and see what she says
Def speak to midwife but also try lactulose as left sided pains can be related to bowels X
Ild say streching pains xx
