Hiya could I have a private post please? I’ve been off work since December with generalised anxiety disorder. I have a meeting with my work tomorrow (my manager and hr) and I really don’t know what to expect! They’ve said that it is to see how I am, see how they can help me etc. Has anyone had a meeting like this? I am so anxious about it, I can’t calm down!
