Hiya just wondering if I can get some information to do with housing?? A family members got a tenant in his property atm he’s served her a notice nearly 3 months ago now that was suppose to be only for 2 months she didn’t go he’s looking into taking her court but received a phone call yesterday from the housing at the homeless saying she’s been down to them but refused temporary accommodation they’ve asked to give her 30 more days for them to find her somewhere to go? Does this sound right or should he go ahead with the court proceedings? Thank you
