Hiya, was looking for some advice if you could post please!

I’m 21 and have a 2 year old and due my 2nd baby in a few weeks. I have worked since I was 16, went back to work when my son was 5 months and off work now with this pregnancy. I don’t smoke or drink and I’ve never touched drugs, I’ve also never been in trouble with the police/education wise etc. I’m currently on income support due to moving cross country and couldn’t transfer within my job but am 100% going back to work! I became a mum young and there has never been a concern about me or my kids or their welfare. My home is child safe and always clean.

A member of my family has had her 1 year old removed from her care and she is not allowed him back so foster care/adoption is the only way forward. He’s blood and I love him like my own so I have put my name forward to foster/adopt him and I am willing to fight to do so, I cannot let a member of my family slip into the care system.
Has anyone got any advice for me? Or can tell me how it all works and what’s the process for it so I know what to expect if another member of my family is denied the chance?
The only issue in my life I can think of would be that my home is only 2 bedrooms so would have to move which I’m willing to do.
