Hiya was wondering if i could have a post please? Story is – My due date is December the 16th and i will be 18 at the time of when the child is born, however, i am not 18 until October and college starts in September. I was wondering if it would be possible in the UK to leave college for a year and then return the following September which will be in 2018? Did any other parents get in trouble for this? Leaving college before your 18? Overall, i just dont want to miss out on the first year of my child being born. Thank you

College isn’t compulsory. Just don’t apply for your course until September 2018
You don’t have to go just defer for a year
After 16 education is optional x
