How did people start BLW? My first son I started him with pureed foods but he was on a special diet so could hardly give him anything so I’m really excited to start my second child but I’m not sure how to do it. If I do BLW do I introduce breakfast, lunch and tea straight away or breakfast for a week and so on? Thanks x
