Could I have a pp please ..
Basically I’m on maternity leave, I’m getting SMP.
What I would like advise on is holiday pay, my employer says I’m not entitled but Gov.co and citizens advise both say otherwise.
I work full time and feel I am supposed to get my holiday pay.
Also, each month the company has targets, if the target is reached everybody in the office gets a bonus. I haven’t been receiving the bonus.. am I supposed to be getting this?
Just feel very frustrated and the company isn’t being very helpful with information ..

As your on maternity I doubt you would get the bonus as your not at work earning towards the bonus…
Holiday pay if you have a contract they should give you your holiday. I used mine before I went on maternity as my company you have to use it or you won’t get it. So for example say I had 10 hours left over they wouldn’t give me that in money at the end of the year I would have lost it x
