Hya could I have a ppp, I’ve just changed my son’s surname by deed poll without the fathers consent. Deed poll say I should be ok with my reasons given ( domestic violence) to change his name for passport etc with the deed poll documentation given. Has anyone else changed their child’s name without consent and been successful with changing passport, school, doctors etc? Thanks ladies xx

I’m Scotland I was ok for everything apart from passport they wouldn’t accept it went through all channels and had to settle on LG birth certificate name to obtain her passport x
