Could u post private for me please,

Today my nurse & doctor took my blood test and
Told me to stop taking my pill as I told them I haven’t had a period
Since start of
October and it was spottings of
Blood
and I feel very sick dizzy and tired all the time, has anyone fell pregant before on the pill? They think I’m too early to tell by a normal test as it was the same with my 2 other children x
