I am self employed at the moment & currently just going off maternity leave (next week).
Our contraction failed & I think I am pregnant, getting a test tomorrow.
I have to have sections, for medical purposes so I am just wondering will I be able to claim maternity if I work 32 weeks (maybe just a tiny bit longer) and go back after 4 weeks.
Will I still be entitled to it or not? Thanks.
