I gave my son’s dad another last chance.. so he can see his son. Agreed to meet this week asked him NOT to bring his girlfriend as she’s always trying to start things and record on her phone for court etc. If she turns up when we meet do I have any grounds? Or will I have to just deal with it because it’s a public place.??

She has no rights to be around your son. If she turns up just go.
