I have 2 children with the same man. My eldest have severe behaviour and educational problems. He hsnt been supportive in the 13 years our eldest has been alive for. He’s much better with our younger child who’s 10 and has no issues. He has just told me that if I wasn’t here our eldest would be in care and he doesn’t want to have any parental responsibility for him. Can I get his name taken off his birth certificate in these circumstances
