I need some serious advice 😞 my 7 mo is such a light sleeper! he’s exactly the same as me, wakes himself up when he rolls over in his sleep. and when he cries, that wakes me up cause I’m just as light a sleeper. it’s almost like he doesn’t go to sleep, he just dozes off. he’s never in a deep sleep, and the tiniest thing will disturb him. i see every hour during the night with us waking, how can i get him to sleep better? 😢 x
