I’m looking for some advice on how I go about having my ex partners parental rights taken away ? He hasn’t been allowed contact with my daughter after being convicted of DV against myself and later came out two other women he served prison time for, there was a restraining order but that’s ran out, I have heard nothing from him directly for the last two years until last week he commented under a fake profile on a photo of myself and my daughter, saying that she’s beautiful and she’s always in his heart. I’m assuming this is a sign he’s going to attempt further contact. Any advice would be greatly appreciated thank you.
