I had a lump down nelow not so long since, it was very painful to wee etc, i ignored it, and became very poorly, i braved it and rung 111, i had to have a small op they lanced it, cut it and drained it, it was the size of a golf ball, and was in hospital for 4 days on a drip, as i had septus! I had a sky high temp etc, go to docs, dont ignore it, it could be something amd nothing, but be safe x
