Is it ok to post this just not sure what to do, me and ny husband split last year after he headbutted me this wasnt the dirst incident had been going on for 10 months and emtional abuse akso police were never involve as he would threaten to say i hurt our son hats why he dis it i was scared, i eventually went to a refudge and he disnnt bother with our son for a year, then when he got divorce papers he wwnt for access xourt has been a joke thwy have all fell for his charm, he got suoerviaed access he has had a few sessions and my boy has been ok with him, all of my safety concern have been bruahed under the caroet caffcass have recomened unsuoervised access by april whuch terrifies me, got a 2nd hearing in a few weeks so thinkinh of trying mediation see if we can come to a niddle ground for our son,thw judge will give into him anyway whats the poijt in fighying when he will get his way anyway, plus nees to be cateful as if im seen to be hostile they can swop residency 😞 its all curpt family court wjat would people do in my situatiom xx
