It’s going to be long but I need to know where I stand
So I have two children
Baby one is 4 his dad has history of family violence 3 years ago (has since been to jail) current intervention order, but have court date to have varyed
Baby 2 who is a toddler his father had the police run through my house as he thinks I have been in a relationship with baby 1 dad. His bringing up old things saying their new when courts and police and dhs dealt with it all in the past, the problem I am having is he is going too take me to court for full custody of baby 2 claiming I neglected him and put him in harms way. (Which I have not) his only seen his son 4 times in the last 9 months. So after his report I contacted dhs about the report and was on the phone for a good half hour. Dhs claim for me to get a family order between baby 1 and baby 2
Baby one being first due to the past. But I’m stressing his going to take my baby off me due to the fact there was prev family violence a few years before baby 2 was born
I know it’s confusing dhs say it’s a game his playing and it won’t stop untill there is an order but I offered and he refused a consent order
I’m really stressing- I have spoken to a lawyer over the phone but nothing they can do untill legal aid is open and that’s not untill Monday and I still won’t get in anytime soon
