Its jus come to light that my that my 6yr old daughter an her 5yr old female friend have been groomed an sexually assaulted by a 10yr old boy, he did it 2 another girl 3yrs ago, but because her mum never came 4ward that wont help our case, my 6yr old has been officially interviewed, but they wont interview the 5yr old because of her age, even though shes bein more forth coming with information, my problem is because we live in scotland he wont be prosecuted because of the fact hes only 10 an they dont prosecute under the age of 12, i know it wont help my daughter, but has anyone got any advice on how we petition to the government to get this law changed because its wrong, thank u for reading an any help you can give x

The boy is only ten I think the main concern should be where he learned such acts from. . All you know he could be being abused. Or doesn’t understand that it’s wrong.
