Just want to know if it’s worth talking to a doctor about, I’ve always thought my 6 year old son had some sort of ADHD / autism, but people always said ah he’s just typical little boy, but I’m at the point where I don’t think so anymore, like today for example I turned around for 1 second n he was climbing up a railing on bridge above a road/main bustop outside a shopping centre. Here is a few things that make me think
-no sense of danger
-can’t have foods touching e.g beans touching chips
-won’t try new foods
-fear of doing no.2 on toilet
-easily distracted
-not listening at all
-sometimes hurts others just because
-repeats himself
-gets very carried away when talking about things e.g minecraft, he will talk about it all day long.

There’s even more to list but I’ll stop there, I even thought ah it’s nothing as he can be all loving and cuddly aswell! But after today I just don’t know anymore so any help/advice would be very grateful! Thankyou, sorry for the long post๐Ÿ˜‚ x

  • Definitely speak to your school and they will guide you through it all,it’s a fine line between what is normal for a 6 year old and what’s not,my sons school have been amazing and he is nearly 7 and just been diagnosed now, wish you all the best I know how very hard it can be ๐Ÿ™‚
