I have an issue and needing advice….I went through a court case yesterday and it got thrown out because I failed to send evidence into court 2 weeks before hearing….can I re apply to have another hearing? Or have I totally fucked it up?? Please I would be so grateful for any advice…. feeling like total crap!! I really don’t want this company getting away with it….
