My son has woke up with a red spot on his eye ball I dunno how it got there or if I need to do anything?? Thank you xx

My son had this once we took him to the eye hospital because he was very young they put it done to him coughing alot which cases a vestle to burst. It went away after about 3 or 4 weeks x
Looks like a blood shot eye/burst vessel. Maybe pop into ur local optitions and ask for advice
