Hi could someone tell me what this could be please? It’s a rash on my two year old and its itching her, she’s had it for 3 days now. I thought it was just a heat rash but now I don’t know? She’s got it on other little parts of her body too like on her wrists and a little on her arms. This is the bottom of her back on the pics… TIA xx
