Private post please… iv bern suffering with severe health anxiety for about a year i started on medication 16 days ago citalopram 10mg to start me off… i get good days followed by extreme bad days.. i feel a failure as a mother a girlfriend. I feel the anxiety in me the intrusive thoughts… how long after starting medication will i see an improvement? Im also on a waiting list for cbt therapy? Does anyone else feel or suffer the same x
