My step daughter we have custody off and she sees her mum every other weekend but she fights and plays up at school when the time comes takes us hour to take her outside as she refuses to go crys etc when she.knows is time go weekend her school notices her.behaviour she be.11 this year starting secondary when can she.decide she no longer wants to go as all this is through court we have her.permentally she said when.she starts she.not.gonna.go to her.mum whats right age for her to decide please x

Can.I also add he refuses to go as she starting doing same things as she did before refusing to let her speak.to us and refusing to let her come home.when.she.wants.which is also on court.order x
