It’s not a tax. If you request a bigger bin you’re being asked to pay for it. Same as I have to pay for a new wheelie bin everyone some Muppet decides to steal mine and I can’t find it. As long as you make sure you squash rubbish down and the lid can shut then you won’t need a bigger bin and you won’t be charged.
so my council want £32 extra a year to take away my lawn cuttings, and now there is a possibility this nappy tax will be coming in…and they wonder why fly tipping is on the rise!
Paying taxes to a tyrannical government is not patriotic it is slavery.. with this being an act of parliament it can only be enforced with consent, so if you don’t agree there’s no contract, a contract is between two people..
