Need some advice please….
My next door neighbor has been making life hell for my family and I we are planning to move in the summer hols once my daughter has finished primary school
There is an endless list of shit they’ve done yet always get away with it as they’re manipulative and cunning they have had CCTV cameras pointed in out gardens over the summer for months knocking at our door drunk she pushed a wheely bin infront of my partners car as he was pulling away constant mind games he covered his bumper in Vandal grease and as the parking bays are so close when I went into my boot the oil got all over mg clothes exactly what he wanted they set traps and play games to get a reaction I had a go at her she got in her car and I opened the door she shut it and so on she reported it to the police and now I have to goto court as she is claiming I damaged her car door and it won’t shut properly I know this is utter shit as I’m 5ft nothing and not strong enough to damage a car door by opening it I have played into her hands by reacting I know this
I have so much evidence video evidence CCTV evidence of incidents and things they’ve done the police don’t listen and the housing are limited as she owns her house
Just wondered if anyone has any advice on what I can do
She is going the extra mile since knowing I have to goto court she even drove behind me for ten minutes the other day! Its all just very odd I can’t stop worrying about it I’m obviously pleading not guilty as I did not damage her car
