Not baby related but need some advice.

I’m convinced my partner is somehow stalking me or something. First I thought be may have just have my password for fb as he used to say things to me that he would only know by seeing my messages. I changed my password just to see if he would say anything but he didn’t. But now it’s all so strange, he knows everything about me, were iv been, who iv spoke to, still says things he would only know from messages! I don’t get it..coukd my phone be cloned?? How do I find out..im concerned as this is creepy shit! He’s prob reading this right now 😣😣
