Not mummy related private post please but I’m so worried, my boyfriends in court tomorrow, te ‘whitness ‘ has made a statement and now says he won’t go to court, he has phoned the court to say he’s got depression and they seemed ok with it due to his circumstances, can they still use his statement even though he’s not there? Or will the case be dropped? Solicitor said it will be dropped but I don’t see how…
