Could I have a pp please;

I started having really bad cramping and some slight spotting last night but didn’t really think anything of it just thought it was my period coming as I was a week and a half late, however this morning after going to the bathroom I found this (picture to be attached in comments) at first I just thought it was a blood clot or some tissue from my womb lining but took the picture just to refer to Google to ease my mind but it’s a grey/fleshy colour so hasn’t matched anything I’ve looked for. The thought of the other thing it may be keeps popping into my head but I wanted to get another opinion before I upset myself over what could be nothing. So was wondering if any other ladies have experienced this and found out what it was.
