Me and my boyfriend split up 2 weeks ago. We tried to go back to dating no title and we had an argument that he called it all off and blocked me out of his life. I was genuinely heartbroken as I love this man so much. My best friend came around and I cried to him. We was both drunk, He had recently just broken up with his girlfriend so we just sat and talked about that for a while. He ended up kissing me, for a split second I kissed him back and when I realised what I did I asked him to leave. I was an absolute mess . Me and my ex started speaking a couple of days after and I told him. I didn’t want to lie to him and have secrets. We decided to give it another go. ( my best friend decided to give his another go too) I thought things would be okay but he’s gone distant and messaged me today saying he can’t get over me kissing someone else and feels like I cheated. What do I do?

Personally I don’t think he can say anything, you weren’t together. That’s basically saying ‘I don’t wanna be with you at this moment in time but no one else can have You kinda thing. And plus you stopped it.
This is my post. I’m confused, I never kept it from him and he ended it with me. He messaged me saying he can’t get the image out of his head. And struggling to deal with it. I simply told him he left me, it meant nothing and I was single but I regret it. I’ve apologised and tried to make it right. I’ve been faithful to him since day one and stupidly I don’t want to lose him because I love him. I understand it’s shit for him but I didn’t think we would ever talk again and I still stopped it because it wasn’t right.
U werent tgether. Ur not at fault was a kiss that u stopped sounds like a excuse. Just move on with ur life he cut u off not otha way round
He’s trying to find an excuse to break it off again and using something that was nothing as an excuse
Tell him to get over it or ship out
