Ok so I need a bit of advice my son has Dr’s later today re: the issue he’s had this rash for a while he’s 5 months pics in comments I can only describe as maybe pin pricks but red he gets it on his face,neck stomach hands feet well you could say pretty much all over I’m wondering if it could be an allergy to something xx
