On a new contraception so not sure what to think.. 1st day of what I thought might be a period cramp in my left down into pelvis area very pain full to point felt sick & dizzy iv had a constant headache all day which won’t budge with pain killers.. had a pad on for about 2hours went to change to a large clot much bigger then 50p maybe 2-3x the size cramping has eased been 6hours blood has lessened but now have thick clear mucus ( some blood) very small clots headache is still very intense.. could this be a possible miss-carriage doctors appointment already booked T.i.a
