Please can I have a PPP.

This is such a hard thing to ask people advice about because I am so ashamed and upset with what has happened but I’m so desperate for advice.

My son who is now at young primary age, when he was 4/5 he went through a phase of wanting to touch if children’s privates, he got in trouble at school a couple of times about it and we made sure he understood PANTS etc and that it is wrong and we had meetings and it stopped. However, he’s honestly owned up to me out of the blue that he’s done it again and he’s in tears because he knows it’s wrong but just seems to want to do it. He’s never been exposed to anything that would encourage him to do this, I have strict parenting controls on technology and I wouldn’t think it’s curiosity because I’ve always been open about differences in bodies etc and he’s never left alone with people without me about apart from very close family members so he’s not being abused before that’s suggested. I’ve threatened him with the police and that he will be taken away from me and he gets so upset but he then goes and does it again 😞 I’m literally banging my head on a brick wall and I don’t know how else to go about this. I don’t want social services getting involved and that is what will happen if he continues to do this. I am a good mum and only ever want what’s best for him, he’s a bright child good at his school work and has a nice set of friends and I’m good friends with all the mums but both of us will lose these friendships if it continues because nothing keeps quiet in any playground. I just want this to stop before he gets old enough and gets in serious trouble for his actions.

Please don’t be nasty I just would like supportive advice from other mummies.
