My husband i separated in may after 8 years of being in an abusive relationship. I have since got an occupational order and an underhearing from an emergency non-molestation. It was also proven in court that my husband threw himself down the stairs when he had stated i pushed him. I also found out in the court proceeds that he had previously attacked an ex girlfriend and had similar orders in place.

I received a notice today for family court on 13th November he has basically requestioned having our 2 year old half the time. He doesnt have his own home and is living woth his parents who dont have space for him he also works full time a hour away from where he works and half an hour away from where we live.

He also has a daughter from a previous relationship whi he only sees every other weekend and additional time in holidays

Surely given the court orders in place and the circumstances this wont be granted but i am terrified. Please can anyone advise what to expect.
