My son’s dad hasn’t seen him for 3years (he’s 5 now) he’s now recently taken us to court for child contact. He hasn’t seen him due to domestic violence on myself and his son. My question is…im moving away 100miles from our hometown (and where court has/is taking place) for work. Would I have to travel back for court or would he have to come to me?
I have at the moment all parental responsibility and is so stay and live with me until he’s 16

I would definitely check with your solicitor but I think you would have to travel to court x
U would have to travel to court but if he gets contact he may have to meet u half way or travel to u x
