Please can you private post this. My partner has just told me his family invited him to a family gathering at the weekend but not me my daughter or our sons. I feel like splitting up on this for two reasons 1 not being accepted by his family 2 because he didn’t tell me. I’m feeling exhausted right now trying to sort everything on my own I was a successful single mum before I know I can be again. He went out on Friday I have no issues and I support him going out but can’t get him to see I need a break too. This thing with the family feels like it just broke us.
