Please could I have a ppp😊

I was wondering if anyone had any advice?
I missed 2/3 pills in a row on 12th and 13th Nov and had sex before, on and after these days. I had just finished a pack on the 11th so day 1 of new pack should have been the 12th.
I have been having period-like pains (normal area) on and off for the last couple of days – they don’t last long, not severe; I’m just aware. I have also been having occasional sharp pains in the marked area on diagram. Sometimes it’s achey and sometimes sharp.
I run my packs together (as advised by doc) so no idea if it’s pill/af/pg symptoms or something else!!! Thanks
