Please tell me I’m not being a horrible mummy..
My 4 year old has been playing up and she gets a warning then her naughty chair. She’s been on her naughty chair and hit me try pinching me and scratching me. So I told her why she’s on the naught chair and she did it again so I told her she’s not allowed outside (missing out on playing for a 1hour for her behaviour ) she’s carrying on screaming and having temper tantrums and I used to give in but I’m sticking to my guns but i feel like such an awful mum. I also take away her favourite toy and treats she can have if she is naughty..is there anything else I can do or am I doing something wrong

  • Don’t take her toys off her for 2 long an always keep them insight as if you take them away for days at a time she will get bored an play with a different 1 so won’t be bothered once she behaves you should give her toy back I have just done a triple p parenting course with my children’s centre an I learned so much x

  • You’re doing fine! Stick to your guns hun! It’s bloody hard work when they’re like this. But you just have stick with it! She needs to learn. Soon enough she’ll get it and hopefully stop. Good luck! X
