Has anyone been to pyhsio for pekvic floor exercises ( im close to a bladder prolaspe) and did they get the educator to help then with the exercises??? Im wondering because i used mine yesturday night and now i have cramping and a little bit of blood when i wipe do you think the educator could have caused this?
