  • Relax as much as you can if its a case of getting comfy as many pillows as you need one between legs one under bump and another behind your back if its just a case of jot being able to sleep unfortunately its the preparation for lack of sleep to come. X

  • Lay on the end of the bed you’ll soon drop off๐Ÿ˜‚ – sorry couldn’t resist but on a serious note, like someone else said I think it’s a case of get used to it, I struggled I found it really comfy and fell asleep quickly if I had a pillow in between my legs no idea why. Maby if you have a sleep during the day try not to so that you’re really tierd that evening? Xx

  • Unfortunately it’s part of being pregnant!! I don’t miss it at all!! Sleep when you can and don’t lay in bed on your phone! The light from screens will stimulate you to stay awake x

  • Get a warm bath with lavender oil if you have any, with a dim light (I usually leave my landing light on) might help you relax ๐Ÿ™‚
