Pp please,
Hi me and my partner are looking at renting a new house, we are currently private renting and have never missed any rent in this property or any properties before. Only thing is we got our selves into some debt and had a few bills outstanding and a few default notices against out names, no bankruptcy or any ccjs though. He works full time earning a good wage I work 16 hours a week. What I want to know is I’m sure we will fail the credit check, if the landlords accepts a guarantor who has a perfect credit score. Is there any way that still won’t be enough? As in is there a limit that they will accept garanotors? Or if your credit score is below a certain score you still won’t be aloud regardless garanotor or not? Thanks
