Pp pls I’m living with my partner and his kids r here part time but I have just found out 1 of his girls (14) is telling people she hates me, feeling kinda upset by this. Teenager and mums been in and out of her life alot. I’ve been with my oh nearly 7 years and known them 6 as we took our time to introduce them to me until we knew it was the right time for them.
Now debating should I leave if she’s now saying that. I would never tell my oh to choose as his kids always come first.

I wouldn’t leave no, I would be speaking to my partner to find out why she’s saying it if you’ve done nothing wrong, nobody would make someone choose between partner or children, if she’s just been a stroppy teenager then you leaving is her winning.. also 7 years is a long time to be with someone don’t just throw it away because someone’s said they ‘hate’ you xx
She’s 14, you should speak to her, not her dad x
