Pp woke up this morning feel absolutely shocking my wee was very dark I’m around 7 week since I’ve woke up I’ve drank loads and now it’s gone back almost clear so thinking I’m dehydrated anything I can do to feel better I’ve got banging headache and feel so drained 🙁 tryed drinking water any other good ideas ? Tia
