Ppp any advice on periods please since I had my second son over 2 years ago my period has been so heavy to the point I have to wear a pad and a tampax and the tampax needs changing near enough every hour is there anything I can do to reduce the bleeding a bit please

Speak to ur gp they might suggest having a coil in i had same problem
