ppp. anyone else feel like theyv lost themselves since having kids? i dont feel sexy no more, i feel more embarressed and ashamed by the way i look. my kids always look beaut but i just look shit. xx

I could have written this myself I actually felt like I’d lost my personality like I didn’t know how to be anything other than mum I had no sense of humour and felt so unattractive… I was suffering from pnd finally coming off the medication now my daughters 2 and a half… stick with it and make time for yourself
My little boy turned 1 the other week and I’ve only just started to make an effort with myself, felt like crap up until recently. They always come first have everything and you have nothing lol xx
Agree 100% I just make do lol 😂 but yet kids look like they are on the catwalk haha x
