Ppp- been for a early pregnancy scan today, found out I was pregnant on Friday, there was nothing there they said they could see a dot but couldn’t be sure it was a sac growing has anyone ever been through this my hcg levels were 180 odd today. ( I think I’m only 2/3 weeks) very upset about it all so can someone please give me some light on it thank you. My body feels so pregnant. And I’m still getting stronger positives thanks.
